Cancellations
Items may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing an order.

Returns and Refunds 
Due to the handmade and often personalized nature of our items, we cannot accept returns and do not offer refunds.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges 
If your item arrives damaged, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to send back the item you have for an exchange.  We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your item and let you know if the exchange was approved or not.

Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.
